Join us in Portugal to discover the unique wine regions of Alentejo and Lisbon in April 2026.

Alentejo is the largest wine region in Portugal, covering about a third of the country. It is known for its hot, dry climate and its diverse range of red, white, and rosé wines. The red wines of Alentejo are typically full-bodied and fruity, with notes of blackberry, cherry, and plum. The white wines are typically dry and crisp, with notes of citrus, melon, and peach.

Lisbon is a smaller wine region located just north of the city of Lisbon. It is known for its mild, maritime climate and its wide variety of grape varieties. The red wines of Lisbon are typically light-bodied and fruity, with notes of red berries and spice. The white wines are typically dry and crisp, with notes of citrus, apple, and pear.

Both regions are home to a number of world-renowned wineries which include, in Alentejo, Herdade do Esporão, Adega da Cartuxa, and Quinta do Mouro and in Lisbon, Adega Mãe, Casal Garcia, and Quinta do Gradil.

Look forward to vineyard and winery tours and tastings, food and wine experiences, Michelin star dining and much, much more!
